UCF's Chapter of Psi Chi

Psi Chi's Office (PSY250B) is located in the Psychology Department's Advising Center, located in PSY250.

Psi Chi is a national honor society that unites students who excel academically in the field of Psychology. The UCF chapter of Psi Chi holds regular meetings and provides students with various other opportunities to grow academically, professionally, and personally.

Please join Psi Chi in congratulating the newly elected members of the Psi Chi National Council. Specifically, UCF's chapter would like to congratulate two professors from UCF: Dr. Alvin Wang, elected as the new Psi Chi National President, and Dr. Maria J. Lavooy, elected as the new Southeastern Vice-President. Congratulations!

The Counseling Corner / Dr. Grbac's Office

The Counseling Corner / Dr. Grbac's Office is currently seeking students who indend to pursue a career in Psychology. The internship is especially geared towards those who are interested in Clinical Psycology and/or Counseling. They are located near the downtown area. NAVAIR

Culture MURI Project

The Culture MURI Project at the Institute for Simulation and Training (IST) is in need of responsible, motivated, and hard working individuals to assist in the study of teams and/or culture. This is an unpaid, 10hr/week RA position that pertains to I/O Psychology. Responsibilities would include a variety activities such as data entry, running experiments, and searching and summarizing literature in the topics of culture and teams. If you are interested, fill out a generic RA application from the Peer Advising Office and email it to Dr. Maritza Salazar msalazar@ist.ucf.edu, along with your resume and SASS report (degree audit). This RA position will be under her supervision and Dr. Eduardo Salas. Thank you for your interest!
