Psi Chi's Office (PSY250B) is located in the Psychology Department's Advising Center, located in PSY250.
Psi Chi is a national honor society that unites students who excel academically in the field of Psychology. The UCF chapter of Psi Chi holds regular meetings and provides students with various other opportunities to grow academically, professionally, and personally.
Please join Psi Chi in congratulating the newly elected members of the Psi Chi National Council. Specifically, UCF's chapter would like to congratulate two professors from UCF: Dr. Alvin Wang, elected as the new Psi Chi National President, and Dr. Maria J. Lavooy, elected as the new Southeastern Vice-President. Congratulations!
We want to invite you to our first meeting of the semester. Samantha Scott, a 4th year Ph.D student in UCF's Clinical Psychology program, with experience in the PAIRS lab, will be speaking to us about her experience getting into grad school, in addition to life as a graduate student and the training, opportunities and perspectives that come along with it. You will also learn how working and doing research in a lab setting works and what to expect. As always, pizza and refreshments will be offered.
The Counseling Corner / Dr. Grbac's Office is currently seeking students who indend to pursue a career in Psychology. The internship is especially geared towards those who are interested in Clinical Psycology and/or Counseling. They are located near the downtown area.
